I’ve worked with Agency Partner for around five years. So far, they’ve built three different websites for me and supported me in all my digital marketing efforts.

Recently, we went through a rebranding process across our entire company, also including our digital marketing platforms, logo, uniforms, and trucks. For this project, Agency Partner redesigned our logo and revamped our website to meet our vision. Through their creative digital design, they came up with a new look and feel that represented our new brand.

Moreover, they developed the new website from scratch on WordPress and came up with all the design, features, icons, and user flow. As for the branding portion, they delivered a full branding guide, including designs for our business cards, letterhead, email signatures, stationary, envelopes, truck wraps for our vehicle fleet, and more.

Currently, Agency Partner helps us with our SEO and our entire digital marketing efforts. These services include managing our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, answering comments and messages and keeping track of metrics related to those platforms. They also do keyword research and handle our marketing campaigns. Additionally, they’re in charge of our email marketing.

Agency Partner has done an incredible job taking everything we’ve envisioned and putting it into the digital space through a new and refreshed website. We’re very happy with the result; it is a clean, fresh, and responsive site that plays well with the SEO components and our digital marketing efforts. Their team is very results-driven, helping us increase our quality leads and website traffic.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Agency Partner’s project management is fantastic. They do a good job keeping us on track and let us know what they need from us. The website development was a very iterative process; we worked hand-in-hand making changes and tweaking things before approving everything and launching the site. We communicate via email and Microsoft Teams and use Markup.io to collaborate. We also have a shared Google Drive folder to share content and photos.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Agency Partner is very good at walking and leading us through the process, taking our ideas and turning them into visual assets. Working with them, we have a very collaborative discussion. They’re very diligent about taking notes, understanding what we’re looking for, and executing their work without needing supervision from our end. Basically, they do all the heavy lifting for us.

We researched various creative agencies. I interviewed a few, looking for one that would be more invested in our business. Our company is small, and we have direct internal contact with our CEO — I wanted a company that aligned with our values and what we do as a brand. Muhammad (Founder & CEO) was involved and provided true insight into their brand and what they were prepared to provide. Agency Partner Interactive LLC provided a lot of reassurance and a long-term partnership, while other companies just provided typical sales pitches. Agency Partner Interactive LLC wasn't very pushy and was very transparent about their services and costs.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I'm more than happy with Agency Partner Interactive LLC's work quality. The new website is set to be done in about a month, but we'll continue to use them as advisors for further changes to the site. We don't have any metrics since we're still developing the site. Once the website launches, we'll measure its effectiveness via our internal sales team, community feedback, and if our sponsors can still find us. 

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Agency Partner Interactive LLC is very realistic about their project deadlines — they understand that deadlines need to be adjusted because they rely on my team's response rate. Agency Partner Interactive LLC has been really good at keeping us in the loop and maintaining and updating timelines. They're on the mark at delivering when they anticipate. 

Typically, we communicate with Agency Partner Interactive LLC through emails — their project manager provides very detailed emails with notes from previous meetings. I also consult the proposal they sent at the beginning of the project to measure progress. Two of Agency Partner Interactive LLC's team members are in our regular meetings, and I'm in active communication with the project and account managers. 

Their team is transparent and detailed. My last creative partner took a long time to respond, but Agency Partner Interactive LLC is very responsive. Their project manager is always open to joining calls as needed but isn't pushy and understands that my small team is busy. He'll follow up as required but doesn't interfere with my daily calendar. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Agency Partner Interactive LLC is very responsive, and their advisors are very effective. Whenever I provide creative ideas, Agency Partner Interactive LLC will come in to provide the information needed and industry best practices. They're more than just the vendors creating our website — we look to Agency Partner Interactive LLC as advisors for the overall UX and redesign. 

Also, they have timely responses to anything that comes down from our leadership. They're effective in that their founder will get on calls with me and will escalate tasks so they're handled promptly. Those traits are very hard to find in a creative agency. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have no constructive feedback for Agency Partner Interactive LLC. However, I would appreciate follow-up emails after our phone calls to highlight our progress. That, though, is more administrative, and Agency Partner Interactive LLC has never missed a deadline. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise customers to stay on top of the details and dedicate at least two teammates to the project. Sometimes, I'm spread thin, and Agency Partner Interactive LLC has to loop me back in. The only thing that has ever held our timeline up is my slow response time. So, I think any future customer should appoint one teammate to focus on the partnership with Agency Partner Interactive LLC. Agency Partner Interactive LLC is extremely detailed, and their project manager is fully immersed in the project.

SquareTwo is a mobile gaming company that creates mobile games that offer real rewards. The S2Rewards platform currently has 6 titles and a reward system with physical items and gift cards. We hired Agency Partner to develop our new S2Rewards website. At the time we only had a the SquareTwo website and were in need of a website dedicated just to the S2Reward platform games.

We reviewed several different factors. The deadline for the website completion was coming up quick so we were looking for a company that could develop the website quickly at an affordable price.

I created the mockups, assets, and copy for the website and had Agency Partner turn it into code. We had weekly checkins to go over the status of the website and make any adjustments needed to ensure that the website followed our vision.

The Associate Project Manager was our main point of contact. They relayed the notes and changes from our meetings to their development team.

We have more website views with the new website and a way to educate our players and prospective players about our games.

They were able to meet our deadline and were able to make any last-minute changes we needed

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When the mobile version of the website was created, it was pretty clunky and the layout was not aesthetically pleasing. I let them know the layout changes and they were able to make the changes we needed.

In terms of features and functionality, the site’s purpose is for marketing and sales. It’s not an e-commerce platform. Rather, it’s specifically made for people to learn about our products and contact us.

Agency Partner’s project management is great. We use Monday to manage projects internally, but their team is using a different tool. To communicate, we use emails and Teams. Occasionally, we also use text messages and phone calls.

The team is truly consistent in the work they do. They regularly deliver exactly what they say they’ll deliver. As a result, we have minimal back and forth in this regard. Overall, they’ve done a great job. In fact, they’ve offered to hire people to help us with our individual projects as we work through some of our more extraneous projects.

We were trying to develop a website and a set of marketing tools to expand my business in the private lending area, focusing on Hispanic homebuyers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, they designed a bilingual website for our business services in Spanish and English. They constructed the site and then developed a pitch deck to allow us to raise capital. Finally, they delivered a marketing brochure.

There were some interactive parts of the site where people can come to the website, input information regarding income and assets, and then receive a quick response as to whether they’d qualify for a loan.

What is the team composition?

I basically worked with two people. One, Tauseef (Director of Project Management) was the point man who I would converse with, and then he would give his team directions to get the product developed and fine-tuned. Once the project was done, they assigned me a follow-up team with a point individual who took care of correcting any issues.

I’d used them on another project a couple of years earlier, and they did a good job. In that project they demonstrated their responsiveness and creativity.

I don’t have any metrics, but I’m very happy with the job they’ve done. Based on their quality and services, I would recommend them. They satisfied my expectations.

I’ve received very good responses from customers and other professionals that have used the site. It’s been well received.

They were excellent: attentive and responsive. A timetable was created and stuck to, and Agency Partner completed the various tasks on it, including any needed corrections. They were very professional.

All communication happened over the internet with Zoom and google Meet. They would email me the final products, and then I would review it and schedule a time to go over things together. We had a very productive, back-and-forth heavy relationship.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I interviewed several other providers before I hired Agency Partner, and their professionalism and creativity stood out. Other providers out there can build websites, but they’re not up to the same high caliber than Agency partner is.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s no way they can improve, as they did everything I requested. They were very responsive, and their main person was fantastic: very sharp and knows the business. It was great that I only had to speak with one person too.

Make sure to assign Tauseef to your project. He’s very competent. If he’s involved, I recommend them without hesitation.

I’m the VP of marketing for Rented, a software and professional services company. We provide revenue management, pricing tools, and consulting services for vacation rental property management companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Agency Partner Interactive LLC?

We needed a refreshed design for our website. Our business model shifted over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic; our site was previously focused on professional services and consulting, and we then built the software. After that, we needed to update the website and provide information about our SaaS offering. We also needed a customer journey design that would allow people to sign up with us. To do all of these, we engaged Agency Partner. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The project had four phases. Initially, we worked on the design and creative phase, where I provided Agency Partner with all of the information we had. We had meetings about the buyer journeys and the messaging we wanted. Our teams also determined the website areas that they needed to create or refresh — we wanted to modernize the whole website. It was also in this phase that they delivered mock-ups and wireframes. We gave feedback on their outputs, and then they did edits. We continued doing this until our requirements were met.

From there, Agency Partner started building our website; the second was focused on the platform’s development. The team built the site on WordPress, incorporating the designs we’d approved while also working on new design changes.  

Then, we underwent a user acceptance testing (UAT) phase — we tested everything while the site was still on a test server. That included all the pages, forms, and functionality. Then, we provided our final approval. Agency Partner then headed the implementation, redirection, and launch of the site. After that, we spent several weeks on standby to determine things that needed tweaks or changes.  

Since we had software that we needed to sell, the team created new content and pages for our SaaS offering. As a result, the new website didn’t look anything like the original website except for the logo. We collaborated around the branding and color palettes, though they provided some of the branding assets we needed. For instance, I provided them with screenshots or GIFs, and then they put them into frames.

I worked with the lead project manager and a salesperson, along with 2–3 developers.

I found Agency Partner through a web search. I was looking for agencies that had WordPress experience and with high reviews. Specifically, I found Agency Partner on the WordPress partner section. I also received three bids for the project, and theirs was the middle bid. In the end, I hired them.

We spent about $7,000–$8,000.

Our project lasted from September–December 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We generated leads on our website; previously, we weren’t able to do that when we were selling our software. Overall, all of the inbound leads we’d gotten since we launched were due to the redesign campaign. We also had more relevant content on our website than before. 

On top of that, I could update the website more easily because the WordPress theme and plug-in we used were much more user-friendly than what we had before. 

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was great, and I loved working with them. Whenever we had collaborations or meetings, we used Teams. Every meeting was recorded and stored in Teams so we could go back and review our discussions. I had also access to the project manager and developers through chat and Teams. 

We also kept a couple of spreadsheets to keep the project on track. We had a sheet for redirects and a sheet for tracking pages, assets, and copy. When we did the QA tests, we had a list of things that I wanted to change.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed with Agency Partner’s organization and professionalism. They delivered on time and their communication was strong. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. Everything was great.

From a website design perspective, make sure you’re clear about what you want in the discovery phase. On top of that, be diligent during the QA process.

We needed help to create a website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Agency Partner is helping us create a website for a program that I manage. This website houses information and serves as a toolkit for youth cross-sectoral programs in the democracy, human rights, and governance (DRG) sector.

As I had never worked on a website development project before, Agency Partner first helped me understand the process. We talked through my idea, and I showed them some website examples for what I was looking for.

Then, we connected them to our graphic designer so that they could share graphics. Agency Partner put together some wireframes for the website pages, and we collaborated through a platform where I could add comments and feedback on those designs. We iterated for some time until they finished with the development on WordPress.

Now, we’re in the user-testing phase. Agency Partner is integrating this platform into our greater website, and we’re going to release it online in the upcoming weeks.

My assistant looked at different website development contractors and got a couple of bids for the project, including one from Agency Partner. We had a meeting with them and thought that they had a really good background. It seemed like they could create what we were asking for, so we ended up hiring them.

From the start, I was very clear with them about not having experience in website development, and I asked them for guidance throughout the project. They were very open, understanding, and willing to work with me to make my vision a reality, which I thought was an amazing approach.

We started working together in November 2021, and our engagement is ongoing. However, it is coming to an end, and we probably will have our last meeting this week, mid-February 2022.

Agency Partner developed a quality website, but we don’t have any metrics or statistics on its performance as it hasn't gone live yet. Once we launch it, we want to share it with our partners and, hopefully, get some traction organically. However, this is a tool that we want to share and direct people to, so we’re not expecting people to be driven to it by themselves.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Agency Partner has been very helpful and patient. They’ve kept their promise and walked us through the entire process, providing robust feedback to improve my vision. Their approach has made this process less difficult for me, which is great. We typically communicate via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of Agency Partner’s customer service is impressive. They didn’t limit our revisions, and we worked together until the product was what I wanted it to be, which meant a lot of back and forth with feedback sessions. Additionally, they’ve been really helpful throughout the project overall.

There has been a little bit of miscommunication regarding how this website is going to be integrated into our greater website and how it is going to work. However, this issue is on everyone’s side, and it can be improved.

The clearer your vision is, the quicker the process will be. The best way to work with Agency Partner is to leverage the system they work on to provide feedback and have constant back and forth communication with them.

Project management has been excellent; they’ve outlined everything initially, stuck to our plans, and kept me updated with the process. Also, every time I email them, they respond within an hour — it’s all been like clockwork. In terms of tools, we also use phone calls and a feedback tool where we can easily point out things we need to change.
