Agency Partner developed our website on WordPress. They also designed its theme. The team took charge and built the site from the ground up as we provided feedback to them.

At present, the site is almost ready to go live. In terms of functionality, it’s an e-commerce platform that has online forms and sales pages since it’s geared toward making sales. The site also has a careers page, along with several forms that potential clients can fill out. Its e-commerce functionality is powered by WooCommerce. 

Moving forward, we’re contracting Agency Partner to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the website.

I visited a directory website where we could search for web development companies based on our needs. I filled out a form, and the site sent me a couple of companies to contact. We interviewed 3–4 teams. Ultimately, we hired Agency Partner because they had the best offering.

Agency Partner is highly transparent about their process. They have a clear outline of how we’ll move forward with them in the engagement. On top of that, they’re timely and meet all of their deadlines. In fact, they’ve always encouraged us to continually provide them with content and materials necessary to launch our website according to schedule. That’s impressive. 

Overall, they have a firm grasp of what we’re looking for and need. I don’t even have to explain exactly what I want; they’ve seemed to intuit it. Ultimately, the team has come back to us with an excellently designed website.

We have a great project manager who’s like a workhorse — he always keeps us on track and delivers things as promised. Often, the team delivers before the deadline. Right now, the project is almost wrapped up. I’m truly impressed with their ability to deliver on time, considering that the COVID-19 pandemic and holiday season have slowed us down in terms of giving them what they need. 

Overall, as far as cost and timelines are concerned, they’re perfect. They’re never late; it never takes them too long to get back to me. As a result, I’m always confident that they’re working on the project and that they’re making good progress. More often than not, they exceed my expectations. In fact, my boss has been blown away when I told him how long it would take to get the site up and running.

Agency Partner has a truly fleshed-out process of developing and launching a website. I’ve known what the project is going to look like from the beginning. As a result, there have been no surprises or major deviations in the plan. Everything has been systematic, and I truly appreciate that. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They do a lot of the talking in terms of team communication, so I sometimes try to get a word into the conversation and struggle. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be ready. Make sure that you have the copy needed for the website. Agency Partner builds a website with real-life copy, and if you don’t have that, you have to be in a rush to finish it. As a result, flesh out the content of the website in advance. That way, you can simply hand them the text and they’ll handle the rest.

I’m currently the director of marketing for a community that offers an immersive, cultural, gastronomic, and physically challenging hiking excursion. Our goal is to make Costa Rica one of the premier hiking destinations worldwide.

We’ve gone through different projects with Agency Partner over the years. Our main focus has been to create a website and have a strategic marketing plan using any marketing tools available to us. We’ve also done SEO and paid organic searches. On top of that, our teams have had to revamp different websites for my father’s company.

We also use them to figure out what functions are required for the website to convert prospective clients into actual customers. The team has also helped us design our logo and implement my vision.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

To measure success, we have different checkpoints based on the roadmap that Agency Partner has put out during the development phase. We also have weekly meetings to check our progress. So far, the website generates over 400–500 leads in some months. 

Anecdotally, Agency Partner can implement my vision. For one, the final design of our logo is fantastic — they’ve been able to capture what I’ve envisioned. The team has created something truly engaging and captivating that gets the audience in awe. Overall, they’ve done a great job.

Their project management was fantastic. Whenever we start anything, they set a strategy and a budget. They have a unique touch to project management and hit the nail on the head. I tell them what I envision, and then they use their expertise to accomplish what I’m trying to do. My points of contact have also been completely responsive. 

To communicate, we use emails, which are the best way to have a recorded history of what’s been communicated so far. Emails are also the most direct way to reach out to them, so we email them every day. We’ve also had a couple of calls over the phone. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Agency Partner sees what I’m capable of; they see my passion for sustainability and my vision to offer unique products and services. Whenever I reach out to them, they always encourage me and tell me whether or not my ideas are good. I’ve been looking for a deeper connection with a partner vendor, and they’ve been ready to embrace that. Not every organization can connect that way, but they’ve truly run with it.

No, there aren’t any. They’ve perfectly worked with me, and they fit my schedule. To be completely honest, I can’t do this without them.

Agency Partner Interactive designed and developed our current website, and they created a custom CMS on the backend. They host the website for us, and they’ve also made updates to it over the past 4–5 years, the most recent one being the security update that they’ve been doing.

Agency Partner Interactive also created another website for a secondary part of our business. For this site, we did the design in-house, and they coded what we wanted.

I’ve worked with several different people from Agency Partner Interactive over the years, but Mohammad has been consistently there all this time. Our latest project manager has been great. Our headquarters are in Columbus, Ohio, so we chose a local company to completely redo our website back in 2012. They designed our site and enlisted someone else to do the coding and make it come to life. This person contracted with Muhammad and his team and brought them onboard.

The relationship that we’ve built with Agency Partner Interactive over the years is characterized by trust. They know what I want, and they deliver exactly what I ask for. Their prices are very reasonable as well, so our relationship has worked great.

As we’re a B2B service, people either send us an email, call us, or submit an assignment on our website when something catastrophic happens. As the years have gone by, we’ve seen a larger trend towards people submitting assignments via the website, so it has been very important for us to keep the website up and running.

Agency Partner Interactive has also helped us make sure that we’re protecting our client’s data. Additionally, our site is easy to use, which has made it very successful.

How did Agency Partner Interactive LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Agency Partner Interactive is very good at hitting deadlines. Although we haven’t been strict about them, if we need something by a determined deadline, they get it done by then. They’re also extremely responsive, especially if we run into a major issue.

We’ve also built the kind of relationship where I can reach out to Muhammad and his team if something needs immediate attention, and they jump on it right away. Otherwise, they know that they have certain flexibility around dates, and their primary goal is to do the task correctly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

With Agency Partner Interactive, we get exactly what we pay for. A good example of this is the latest website that they helped us code. Our in-house designer created the website in Photoshop without any prior knowledge of web development. They took her designs and built a website that looked exactly how we wanted it to look.

We have trust in Agency Partner Interactive, and they have trust in us. Although they sometimes give us suggestions on what might work best, if I tell them that I want something done a certain way, they do it. I don’t think that other companies do that.

What other companies might think is best usually gets in the way of what the client wants. However, Agency Partner Interactive always does what is going to make their clients happy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Agency Partner Interactive is responsive and great at communicating, but the periodic updates could be a little more regular. For example, if a project will take three months, it would be great if they provided feedback along the way rather than me having to pull that information from them. They always give me the information, but I might have to send an email to request it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Tell them exactly what you want and listen to their suggestions. At the end of the day, you’ll get what you ask for.

Their managers were always quick to respond. They definitely don’t lack in communication, but the way they handle issues could use a little bit of work. 

Everything was done in a timely manner, but I’m still just like any customer who wishes for things to be done faster.

Before meeting, she had gone to our website and when we were introduced on the zoom call she immediately commented on our site and how it captured the essence of who we are and what we stand for - it was incredible. In addition, I am now able to use this site as our hub platform for all things digital and its working very well

Excellent. The follow the sun strategy worked perfectly and seamlessly for our business. I actually felt as if we were more productive in producing positive timely results. I don't know how Shahbaz and team managed to keep up but they were great.

Our broader team of consultants finds the site nice to look at and easy to navigate. It took quite a bit longer than anticipated. We also had some issues with typos. It would be great if their team could proofread the site for typos before sending the product to the client.

They did a good job. We mostly communicated via email but we also had some Google Meet and Zoom meetings. Whenever the API team had a demo they wanted to show us, they’d schedule a meeting.

They have great reviews, and they’re very affordable. Their professionalism was apparent from day one. It was nice to see their portfolio of past work and included features.

There were some details that could’ve gone a lot smoother. They were communicating, but there were times where we didn’t hear from the team at all. The team could be more thorough and detail-oriented.
