On the backend, Node.js APIs were structured around real estate workflows:

What changed first wasn’t even on the customer side, it was internal.

On the user side, people started finding relevant properties faster. Instead of going through dozens of irrelevant listings, the map-based search and filters actually narrowed things down in a way that felt intuitive. 
We also saw fewer situations where appointments were missed or double-booked, which used to happen occasionally when everything was handled manually or across disconnected tools.
