We've been enjoying an impressive level of up time, and have yet to get any complaints from our clients or prospective clients so far. We are also pleased with the security features, especially for the WordPress hosting services.

The workflow was fine, though we did most of our work ourselves. But we always got quick responses whenever we needed help.
