After that came the invoice and we paid by bank transfer, all the time they had a listening ear for us and the team understood what we needed from them.

Aalpha Information Systems was very good at understanding the concept of what I wanted and was open to iterations of it. Because this was my first time doing this type of project, they were quite flexible in changing things or refining them while still keeping to the timeline. The team was very communicative and understood my requirements.

I could reach out to Pawan any time, and he would explain things to me if I didn't understand. He would also provide advice, such as which server to choose. Still, he never tried to impose his views — he would let me choose. Overall, Aalpha Information Systems was technically sound. They were open to listening to the client at every stage and checking if things were coming out as I wanted. Working with them was quite a good experience.

Working through the project much back and forth, and testing occurred, and improvements continue to be proposed to upgrade the app to a higher level.

We finally have our first working software that has already received a great response with prospective customers and partners. Mostly the people have commented on how easy it is to use. The software has also been launched live. I credit a lot of our success to the developers and designers who ensured there were no bugs or flaws on the platform and we were able to execute it successfully.

One of the biggest strengths of Aalpha Information systems is definitely their project management style. The communication was amazing! We spoke regularly through email, zoom, WhatsApp, asana, and Skype while we managed the entire project through Basecamp and Trello. They strictly follow our deadlines and it’s really easy to get in touch with them despite being in different countries By the end of the project, it felt as though we developed personal relationships with the team.

The team's proactiveness and genuine interest in making the product the best it could be! We’re impressed with the timeliness of their delivery, competitive pricing, and the quality of their work. During our first meeting, Aalpha Information systems were already making suggestions on how I could refine the product which was amazing. They were also patient and nice to us when we were giving inputs from our side.
