They conducted daily meetings in the mornings to discuss current tasks and priorities, and feedback sessions to submit amendments if required. We used JIRA as a project management tool and Slack for direct communication between developers. We also utilized a tool that allowed us to monitor objectives, understand issues, and see our progress as a whole. The team was able to run several releases daily, making the process dynamic. We managed to arrange cooperation effectively despite the time zone differences and create a great, engaged team that worked very swiftly. Their approach to solving any issues is open and proactive too. They don’t hesitate to present their own vision of how things should be done.

Aalpha Information System made sure they understood our goals and how we wanted to achieve them.They deliver high quality, are open to feedback and collaboration. They also added some custom features and integrated third party add ons and then worked on the UI of our website Once the prototype was finalised after our team meetings the website was launched as a fully functioning website

The most impressive thing that i noticed was user research, they spoke to a lot of users to find the root of the problem our website was facing. They always conducted meetings to update us on their development and they took note of our suggestions and added it while developing the website. Aalpha Information Systems delivered exactly what I wanted — they executed my vision perfectly. There were initial issues with payment systems when the site went live last week, but Aalpha Information Systems’ team rectified it quickly. In general, I’ve been really satisfied with Aalpha Information Systems’ work so far.

Aalpha Information Systems has delivered my site on time, despite issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic. Typically, we communicate through email or WhatsApp, although I do call them when I need to.

No matter when I contact them, Aalpha Information Systems always responds quickly, sometimes within an hour. They’re quick to sort out any issues and explain their processes when I don’t fully understand them.
