The project had an has many facets. There are workflows, there are scripts, customization, and many other things, so it would be impossible to describe it in all.

I would say the majority of our projects were completed successfully and with no major glitches.

We are a alarm & HVAC service company based in Kansas City, MO. We provide both installation, maintenance and inspections of security, fire, CCTV and HVAC systems in the metro area. I personally run the installation department for the security division but also manage all software enhancements for all divisions.

We have worked with 360 for over a year now on several small projects for Salesforce enhancements. There have been about 15-20 small projects that spanned over the past year.

All projects were based on custom builds to enhance our Salesforce platform. These were specific process builders or Apex builds for our needs within Salesforce.

I posted my first job on Upwork a year and they responded. Since that first job, for any Salesforce need, I hire them directly for the work.

Again, this project was several small projects that spanned over the past year. Most included custom Apex builds within Salesforce. I simply tell them what I want, and they design/build everything for me in my Salesforce environment. Example: When an opportunity is marked sold/won, a project is automatically created with related product requests for all products on the opportunity. Different actions are taken based on the division the opportunity is sold for and their build accounts for all those differences.

I worked directly with 360 via Upwork.

These projects have saved countless hours of manual entry for my company, which ultimately saves us money. We are constantly finding new ways to utilize Salesforce to make our daily lives more efficient.

All communication, goals and requirements were sent via the Upwork platform. Upwork makes it very easy to communicate, set budgets, goals and timelines.

I find their communication to be the most impressive. They are quick to respond, give updates and always follow up to ensure work is completed to my satisfaction.

We are using Salesforce Sales CLoud. 360 Degree Cloud helps us to analyze the actual process, how we can convert a Lead into Customer easily and track complete process. They also helps us to create reports and dashboard for all the Sales representative, Sales Manager. Now, we can track Daily/Weekly/Montly/Quartely reports of Task, Opportunity, Revenue etc. They have also created lots of VF pafe, Process builder and did automations for us.

They gave us a dedicated developer and Project Manager. We are using some tools for communication, where they provide me daily updates on tasks.

Yes, All of our Sales representaive are using using Salesforce very efficientky and we can see the response of their task. Using CRM definitely reduce lots of paper work and time. We can track every lead now.

There was only single point of contact. So, Communication and response was better. They always met deadline and finish task. We are still working with them on ongoing basis.

They are very excellent in Technical and business Understanding. They always find a work around for any challenging task as well. They'll work with you like your partner and suggest your best approach for any task. and I was very impressed with Responsive, Work quality and support they gave us.

We never faced any issue with team. So, I don't have any suggestion for them. We are still working with 360 Degree Cloud.

Their level of technical understanding of Salesforce CRM and backend software, and cloud servers is phenomenal. They will understand your business and give you approach based on that. If you're using Salesforce, 360 Degree Cloud is one of the best Vendor for your business.

I haven’t had any issues with them. I have worked with remote Team before but I can’t think of any areas for improvement with 360 Degree Cloud. They Know, how to work with remote client and I'm happy with that.

The impact for me is to have an extra development resource that I know I can trust and understands my requirements.

The project was managed very well and was delivered within the timeline required. Regular communication was provided through Skype messaging and Zoom conference calls.

The quality of work given was the most impressive part. Only a few minor adjustments were needed before going live.
