The vendor has built all these things. Its an insanely complex system they have managed to make easy for the user, I am so impressed. Due to this all projects now go to this company big or small. Excellent communication throughout

We had a kick-off meeting and I explained our needs. A plan was made and we checked the SOW. WSe thern finalized on this along with a roadmap and timeline. During the project the client was so impressed we upgraded the whole thing and the team were not phased by this and helped us reimagine the scope on an even larger scale.

Communication was in real-time via skype whilst all work was shared via google docs with all party communication and collaboration. Some of the tools and services integrated in this system to realize the project are as follows: efax email server pdf generation amazon servers react SQL database custom admin portals stripe twitter development platform Web design So so so many things

We have gone from a poorly maintained website only able to handle some of the workload in CA to the entire continental US now offering 2000% more certifications to our customers with invoice or card payment options with full logs and account areas.

Direct 24hr contact with the team but my team worked when I did. real-time communication via skype with the account manager and the whole development team. Would jump on a call in a heartbeat. Wonderful tools. spreadsheet and other docus updated in real-time

Deadlines were always met, meetings were scheduled regularly, and accurate requirements were taken and executed. Having a single point of contact brought about consistency and reduced my workload on managing projects.
