When asked to help provide outcomes of the work done, this is what 310 provided: 

1. Cold email outreach:

-Lead sheet has 5 leads passed to your sales team to handle

2. HubSpot:

-completed onboarding and setup

-Built out requested landing pages, campaigns, demo page

-Buit out the 6 event “packages” requested with forms, pages, lists, workflows

-Built out requested automated workflows

-Built out 3 conversion path pages and corresponding HubSpot CTA’s

3. Content writing:

Produced monthly blog post. 

4. SEO

Deliver required SEO backlinks resulting in:

#2 for “employee engagement apps”

#18 for “employee mobile apps”

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Working with 310 Creative Inc. was incredibly difficult. They use tools like Asana, but the process for how is not clear. We would talk about things in meetings that would never turn into a task, sometimes actions were responded to with email, others handled on calls, etc. While we had weekly meetings, it felt like we were being steamrolled with random updates and didn't have time to discuss actual work. When given feedback, Chris did not take ownership, and in fact got very defensive/finger pointing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

When we were looking for an agency, Chris was on camera, very engaged and responsive. We even interviewed a referral customer that had a postive experience. The moment we signed the contract, Chris never came on camera again. Despite feedback/ideas for how to improve our process, it never got to a point where things improved and we dropped our contract after 5 months. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something 310 Creative Inc. could have done differently?

My only thought is that Chris is taking on too much for one person and doesn't have a system in place to help streamline work. Being a marketing team of one, I needed a partner in this process. Chris was not able to provide a partnership as originally signed.

The vendor responded on January 14, 2025.

Intentionally misleading review.

We were contacted today out of the blue asking for free help because Erica does not have the entry level technical understanding to simply find Calendly meeting scheduler code on a page.

We indicated that we cannot have a programmer do anything because we were removed from HubSpot months ago, nor do we do free work.

Erica deceptively claimed that Chris was the one doing the work when she had full knowledge of programmers being the ones to do the actual work, very deceptive and knowingly misleading because we would not help her for free.

The goal was a seamless migration experience.

The team consisted of several members, but I worked directly with one representative who managed the project.

One of our clients already had an existing HubSpot portal but were experiencing the full benefits. We reached out to 310 Creative and they were able to tweak the existing traffic and totally glean the leads into buying customers.

What was the team composition?

They were very open, patient and understanding. They provided projected goals and timelines and either met came in with time to spare.
