I came on board about 1 1/2 years ago and took over the daily management for updating information.  The account reps and support team have been VERY helpful and prompt in answering any questions or problems.

As a new admin for our small church, I was tasked with choosing a website design and creating a new website through OneEach.  Since I am not technologically savvy, I needed a LOT of help!  Multiple people were part of the decision about what website format to use (out of multiple designs we were given to choose from) but I was left to take that design and make a functional and attractive website out of it.  OneEach was invaluable in making that happen.  Without the face-to-face support I received, it never would have happened.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We started with a sad website with almost no information on it to a vibrant, interactive website that showed potential congregants who we are, what we believe, where we are and all the numerous events we have scheduled.  We went from little information to a ton of information, all organized under menus, visually attractive banners, posted calendars, etc.

OneEach walked me through the entire process.  As I stated earlier, we never would have such a professional-looking website if it wasn't for them.  They provided the basic format and then trained me how to add, change and delete information from the format.  If I had a question, I just emailed my account manager Christina Godfrey to set up an appointment with her.  I was always able to get an appointment in a short period of time (days, not weeks) for a 30-minute time slot.  She taught me everything I know and did so in an efficient, helpful and friendly manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

OneEach has been there for any question I have ever had.  I don't know how big the company is, but it feels like personalized service with every interaction.  No matter how many appointments I scheduled with my account manager, I never felt like I was a burden or a problem.  Instead, I received friendly and helpful service and handled my issues quickly, too!

Are there any areas for improvement or something OneEach Technologies could have done differently?

I think you can give Christina Godfrey a raise!  Seriously, she is one AMAZING account manager.  She always gets back to me quickly (usually within a business day or faster) and she is wonderful at explaining what you need to learn in a way that is professional and doesn't make you feel ignorant for not knowing what she knows.

I am new to my position with UWSWMN and have never been in charge of a website before. I was not in love with the website when I started. I felt it was not user friendly for visitors or those trying to make it work. It was full of stock photos and not interactive. I reached out to our representative with the intention of moving our website to a different provider. 

After working with Allyson, I have learned many aspects of this website, and she has helped me transform it into something I and my board are happy with. Allyson has been wonderful to work with and I look forward to our check-ins to see what else we can update and improve on.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Being able to transform our website into a more interactive site with photos that are of our community has been very well received. Allyson helped me update parts of the site that had been very stagnant. Our website now looks more like who we are and the people we serve.

OneEach Technologies is very easy to work with. She continues to teach me aspects of this website and shows be what it could look like. I feel more and more confident that I am able to create useful content that looks professional and is more accessible to visitors. Allyson has a solid understanding and background with United Ways. She is able to advise and show me how things are supposed to be presented to stay within the UWW guidelines.

I am still learning and so far, everything has been positive. Of course, there are areas I would love to change but at this time an overhaul of our site is not in our budget.

OneEach built our website using a custom designed branded template of our choosing. We were provided with a wonderful project manager once the staging site was complete who worked with us graciously as we navigated time constraints and lack of knowledge. Christina, our project manager, and Chrissy, our account manager went above and beyond the call of duty to encourage us, answer our numerous questions and find solutions for several challenges. 

Our project time line was extended due to time contraints of our small staff and in no way reflects on OneEach. Christina was available every step of the way and when our website launched, she shared in our excitement. It was wonderful to have a personable, encouraging, knowledgeable person supporting us.
