It's all about quality control. They mostly create websites and web apps that are client-facing, which have to be perfect. Because they’ve done such good work for me, I often introduce them directly to my clients on big projects. They work directly with the client, and I'm not even in the mix. How did SynergyTop perform from a project management standpoint?  Their team is really good, or they wouldn't still be working with us. Quite frequently we’ll have numerous businesses sign up at the same time with us. Each business gets a new website, so that's a huge wave of work for them. SynergyTop has additional staff ready to go as needed. They'll shift staff schedules and have developers willing to work with me in the morning. We’re online together frequently. We share screens so I can see what they’re working on in real time and give them directions. Also, we no longer get invoiced for their mistakes. That way, I don't have to pay for them to do tasks more than once. If they don't get it right, then it's removed from our invoice.   What did you find most impressive about them?  I appreciate that SynergyTop will work extra late if needed. Jayesh won't go to bed until a project is done.
