      Every time there was a challenge, they were transparent and kept us informed. There was a point where we were ready to give up and move to a back up mobile app solution, but Lucid pushed through and even flew over a replacement headset from Ukraine to London, and they didn’t charge us for the flight and transportation. Be explicit that you want honesty and transparency; at least if you have that, you can plan accordingly as any issues come up rather than being told what problems there were when the project is done or deadlines aren't met and you're not quite happy.

      Treeview project management was pretty strong. My team did more of the day-to-day communication, and we used Slack as the main communication channel. Treeview was very responsive through Slack and typically responded within minutes. They quickly solved problems, and we had no issues going back and forth with them. They kept us informed along the way and were able to meet all of the deadlines that we gave them.
