In comparison, other companies I’ve worked with have taken as much as 2–3 sprints over the course of 4–6 weeks to get up to speed. There were a few times when they tried to work with our team on the UI/UX and that didn’t go as smoothly. Still, they had the flexibility to try it out. They’re more effective in other areas and should focus on that.
