She manages all of our tasks, and I don't know what I would do without her. My team is also exclusively dedicated to the project. We collaborate through JIRA and an internal tracking system, on top of email and spreadsheets. We follow an agile process and keep ample documentation. We showed our records to a partner who was very impressed with the level of documentation that we keep.
