I’m the founder of Maarg Inc., an IT company. We help small and mid-sized businesses move faster and punch above their weight with deep expertise in building SaaS products, modernizing through cloud migration, and shipping AI-driven apps that turn ideas into real results.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Yen Digital?

We needed a trusted delivery partner for our internal projects to give us fast access to strong, well-vetted engineering talent so we could scale up on demand, move our own SaaS, cloud, and AI initiatives from idea to launch quickly, and keep the quality bar high without stretching our core team thin.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Yen Digital built the engineering backbone for one of our internal logistics platforms, owning the code harness and automated test frameworks end to end. Their main deliverables were a reusable code harness that let our developers spin up, run, and validate modules quickly; an automated test framework covering unit, integration, and regression testing across the logistics workflows; and CI-ready test suites that caught issues early so we could release with confidence instead of crossing our fingers.

Yen Digital’s focus was squarely on the backend. They built and hardened the core services behind our logistics platform, along with the code harness and testing infrastructure that kept those systems reliable. Meanwhile, our team handled the user-facing features on top of that solid foundation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with Yen Digital, we saw faster, more predictable releases on our logistics platform's backend, with the automated test frameworks catching defects well before production and noticeably cutting the time our team spent on manual testing and firefighting. The code harness also made onboarding new developers smoother, so they were contributing productive code sooner. Overall, the platform ran with greater stability and fewer production incidents since their work went live.

How did Yen Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Yen Digital's project management was good. Our primary form of communication was virtual meetings.
