We decreased defect rates, increased turnaround time and consitancy of products overall. Everything is on time or ahead of schedule and all questions are met quickly and efficiently. Sourcing from another country is a daunting process with a high potential for a large monetary loss. JS Sourcing and Florian have taken all the anxiety out of the process giving me clear, detailed work, clarifying information when needed and working respectfully and efficiently with my factory contacts. At the beggining when I needed quite a bit of handholding Florian went above and beyond explaining things in a way that made it easy to move forward and be successfull. I highly recommend this company. I should add that I worked with another company prior to this and ended up with thousands of dollars of damaged product becuase I wasn't specific enough in my communication. This would never happen with JS Sourcing - Florian made sure to ask enough questions and voice worries that I didn't even know to have at the time. We greatly appreciate all they do for us!
