They supported us with multiple orders working with different factories to recieve high end glass products.  With a large time difference between the factory and our company they are our trusted source and boots on the ground to help continuously deliver the quality of product we need.  We've worked with them for over five years.

The key deliverables are:

• real time communication when needed
• highly detailed reports that included defect rates, photos and videos giving up the complete picture of what we were looking for
• they communicated with the factory the findings and expectaitions during DUPRO inspection and then checked on the quality of work and any improvments if needed during the followup pre-shipment inspection.

We decreased defect rates, increased turnaround time and consitancy of products overall.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Sourcing from another country is a daunting process with a high potential for a large monetary loss.  JS Sourcing and Florian have taken all the anxiety out of the process giving me clear, detailed work, clarifying information when needed and working respectfully and efficiently with my factory contacts.  At the beggining when I needed quite a bit of handholding Florian went above and beyond explaining things in a way that made it easy to move forward and be successfull.  I highly recommend this company. I should add that I worked with another company prior to this and ended up with thousands of dollars of damaged product becuase I wasn't specific enough in my communication. This would never happen with JS Sourcing - Florian made sure to ask enough questions and voice worries that I didn't even know to have at the time. We greatly appreciate all they do for us!

We are sourcing plastic sheet goods from China to import to the USA. We then take these sheet goods and manufacture them into a finished builidng material product to sell in retail locations.

The communication from my rep, Florian, has been outstanding. He was able to quickly perform an udit for us on a new cmpany in Jinan, China which allowed us to move quikly. This audit gave us the confidence we needed to wire money to a new company. We look forward to using thier services to inspect our order before shipping.

After working with Florian for a short while I am looking forward to a long business relationship on many shipments to come.
