      I can't think of any. Everything that I've mentioned to them that I'm concerned about, they respond to immediately, whether it's customer service, or maybe a resolution didn't kick in, and we need to work on it more. They've always been very accommodating.

      Integris ensures that they utilize a project manager for every project, which is helpful for keeping everyone aware of the steps we’re taking. We also like their team approach; we’re always getting the same people, so we’re used to the technicians and engineers. They also hold weekly or biweekly meetings with everyone on the team.

      Given the various sub-projects in process at any moment, it was not always clear to us with whom we should be working on any specific issue. Even so, everyone on their team was quick to redirect such issues to the individual(s) more appropriate to the task. The TechMD team managed the challenges of remote management and delivery, while remaining patient and diligent against the trials of evening and weekend communications and project execution that such transitions commonly require.
