      Integris delivers on time and on budget, and they communicate well with us. Whenever we need something, we send an email to their provided addresses, which then goes into a ticketing system on their end. Everything is communicated through email and phone calls, but it's tracked through that system.

      Moreover, their timeliness and follow-through are excellent. Our staff appreciates the layman's mentality they bring to the table to communicate with us. Integris is always on time. If they use project management tools, they use them internally, so we don't have visibility. Still, they lay out a project plan for every project, and we have the opportunity to review it and agree on it.

      TPx absolutely delivered on our needs. The timelines may have changed, but it was due to the increased knowledge and change in decisions throughout the process to ensure we got MORE than what we expected and needed. TPx secures multiple project managers for each area of the project to ensure that each goal is met as efficiently as possible. If road bumps occurred, they were handled with professionalism and the end result was always better than we anticipated. It takes moments to receive a reply to an email, text message, or phone call. It's quite impressive.
