      We wanted a high degree of collaboration so along with using Google Sheets, they were communicating with us ad hoc via Slack. We had also been going back and forth on a daily basis, which was super efficient because, with other vendors, you’d have to reach out first to know what’s going on. We immediately felt like they were our partners and members of our own team. They were highly collaborative, which is not common in this sector.
