Using Google Meet and Slack, we were always able to achieve excellent communication through video and audio calls, and they did so with respect to the time differences between us. Perhaps most important of all, they set clear expectations at every point of communication. They never set a deadline they couldn't keep and were very consistent at keeping to their cost estimations.

      We had also been going back and forth on a daily basis, which was super efficient because, with other vendors, you’d have to reach out first to know what’s going on. They were incredibly helpful. Ubiminds didn’t seem to have as much experience working in the environment of large companies. I think they should be more proactive in providing their own contract terms. They’re very flexible and will work with the terms of the company that’s hiring them, but I think they should work on this as they grow and mature.
