They were very efficient and effective at finding us quality candidates, which is not easy to do. I thought that they would take long, as the recruitment process usually takes a couple of months of calibration, but they found high-caliber people incredibly quickly. We kicked off the recruitment in January and took a month to get to the offer stage with a candidate. Ubiminds didn’t seem to have as much experience working in the environment of large companies. I think they should be more proactive in providing their own contract terms.
