Platform development with separate interfaces for designers (sellers) and buyers (makers).

Secure payment integration to handle transactions between buyers and designers with automated commission splitting.

I was the Senior Product Manager at Zesty.ai when I worked with Atom6. Zesty.ai offers insurers and real estate companies access to precise intelligence about every property in the United States. The company uses AI, including computer vision, to build a digital twin for every building across the country, encompassing 200 billion property insights accounting for all details that could impact a property’s value and associated risks, including the potential impact of natural disasters.

For what projects/services did your company hire Atom6 Studio?

We hired Atom6 to design our web application and our website. Both the app and website were browser based, but worked on mobile devices.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We searched Upwork and referrals for the best designers. We then interviewed the top applicants. After that, we did a second round of interviews with Atom6 and one other design agency. We ended up picking Atom6 due to their portfolio, high attention to detail, and can do attitude in the interview.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

There were two projects assigned to Atom6. One was the web app, and the other one was our website. Atom6 worked directly with our Head of Marketing and myself on the website. We would give Atom6 the vision, CTAs, copy, and content we needed, and Atom6 would create the website. You can check out the website at www.zesty.ai.

Atom6 was also tasked with creating our web app for our customers. I would write a PRD, what the user flows and tasks flows were for the customer, what was the pain points were for the customer, and an explanation of the software they used. Atom6 then visualized those flows to make sure they understood it correctly, and started working on low fidelity wireframes.

Gui and I would iterate on the low fidelity wireframes until I thought they were correct, and then we moved to high fidelity wireframes. We would iterate on the high fidelity wireframes and then show them to customers to get their feedback. After we felt good about them, the engineering team would start building it. Gui was always available on Slack or video call to answer any questions the engineers had.

We are extremely happy with the success of the website and the web app. Our customers love our web app, and it has increased our revenue. The work quality was excellent, the designs were beautiful, and the web app was great in usability. The website is beautiful and drives conversions.

Gui was very easy to work with. We would communicate over Slack and Figma, and at any time we would set up ad hoc video calls if we needed to discuss something in person.

I was blown away with the breadth and depth of their skills. They were able to work on a marketing website, web app, design both for mobile, create a brand and style guide, and make the user experience awesome. It's very hard to find great full stack designers.
