Our team had varied expectations, and some members were hesitant about entering into a contract with an offshore team. However, each person on the team has been incredibly pleased with Pacific Accounting & Business Services' work. We primarily communicate via Microsoft Teams. We also have weekly video chats and can communicate via Karbon. Pacific Accounting & Business Services' level of communication is incredibly high. The team has also made recommendations for processes or worksheets that we've implemented throughout our organization.

Basis 365 was willing to come up with new ideas and solutions, and helped us with what we needed instead of being stuck on how things were done in the past.
