      They're also very communicative and flexible. Alex communicates with me every day. Even though he is based in Ukraine, we’ve set up a time where we can talk on the phone on a regular basis. He’s willing to hop online anytime I need help. There is some language barrier since English is Alex’s second language, but it hasn’t affected our work much. Sometimes communication is a little slower, but he’s great.
