I am a CEO of a company that provides BPO services.

We were looking for someone who could help us with a brand identity for our start-up and design creative communication elements.

We have received a recommendation about the Directa team and that's how we started working with them

To launch a project we knew we would need a great design that would support and deliver our mission and ideas to our customers. We discussed our project and what stands behind it with Directa in detail for a week. The team showed great interest in it and therefore, I believe, tried to deliver the best result.

How many resources from the direct bureau design team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We mostly communicated with Serge, their director, but I believe the whole team was involved in the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've received a whole branding package from Directa that includes our new logo, fonts, color palette, and other branding elements that we were able to use for our website and other web platforms, and communication elements for our customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was simple, easy, and professional. Everything was done on time and without any drawbacks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impressed by their motivation and dedication to the project. The whole team was awesome, and their work spoke for itself, completely justifying their expertise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Directa covered all our needs and more - their suggestions showed their deep interest in a project as well their professional approach to workю All the concerns appearing on the way were immediately reviewed and fixed. I'm sure we've got more projects to work on together in the future and they will be a great experience, just like the one we had.

We were looking for somebody who can create a design for our company website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We went through several vendors here in Lviv but directa has offered the most appealing design.

After a series of discovery meetings, we received 3 different designs for our website. Once we chose a theme, they finalized the design and provided feedback through Invision.

We worked with 4 people on their team. Every person had their specific expertise and involvement during all the stages of the design process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the website was launched, we started receiving more inquiries from potential customers.

The managers were easy to communicate with and provided us with regular updates on all the stages of the design process.

We were impressed by the number of options they could offer, in terms of website design.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We don't have anything specific to point out. In general, the cooperation between us was great and productive.
