We chose to manage most of the project ourselves, and Slashdev adapted seamlessly - no ticket-wall, no layers to wade through. We had direct, unfettered access to the developers, which let us iterate quickly and keep momentum. Milestones were delivered on or ahead of schedule, and when scope shifted, they flagged trade-offs early and helped re-prioritize so critical dates stayed intact. Response times were strong (same day for routine items; near-immediate for urgent issues), and they were proactive about risks and handoffs. The net effect: work got done, on time, with minimal ceremony.

Further, a QA engineer from Innocode has been integrated into our team, so we have great documentation on everything they’ve developed. For communication, we have daily meetings that last for 15–45 minutes, where we discuss our ongoing tasks, issues, or clarifications. Once a week, we have sprint meetings where we plan the subsequent week’s work, what we want to develop, and how we should do it.
