Zynk made a contribution at all levels to the development of the application and delivered the project on time and on budget. The application met all design and performance goals.

Their project management was excellent. Zynk were extremely diligent in planning and executing sprints and always completed the tasks they were given. In addition they were extremely responsive and were always available to discuss and respond to issues as they arose.

The full platform was build by ZYNK, having a multi-disciplinary team including project management, software architecture, mobile developers, backend developers and QA. ZYNK developed a comprehensive Mobility platform to streamline the management and rental of small vehicles like bikes and scooters. 

It created a dual-component system comprising a web/server-side application for vehicle administration, and a user-friendly mobile app for rental transactions. By integrating real-time GPS tracking and Google Maps, the platform facilitates precise vehicle monitoring and information display, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. Additionally, ZYNK incorporated a seamless payment processing system to simplify and secure financial transactions within the rental process.

Our entire platform was developed by Zynk - starting with the architecture, the connection of currently about 10 APIs, the development of our own OCR reader, the hosting model, the processing and visualization of data, the integration of ID and payment solutions, etc.

The project management usually delivers everything on time. Delays are mostly due to adjustments in our decision-making. So, usually, it is due to our (the client's) requests that some features be delivered a bit later. But usually on time, with sometimes exceptions.
