They have been our main development team for the app, starting from the ground up. Weekly modifications are made in response to our phone conversations, the app's speed and efficiency, and other factors. It is available in both marketplaces and was created for iOS and Android. We employ that technology and we trust logic Soft's view about what's best for the app.

They explain things down so we can understand how the online side functions, how the mobile side of the app communicates with it, and where to find the API information needed to run the app. They are really useful to us. 

We love how the app looks. They've perfectly captured the look we were going for; we provide them several images that we like, and they do a great job bringing our vision to life. They don't hesitate to acknowledge that we sometimes have second thoughts. Our expectations are always met by everything we see.

We communicate mostly by email because of the time difference, but we also have a weekly call where we talk about any issues. They provide us with an update on their activities and inform us of the anticipated date of the changes' implementation. Their communication, management, and timeliness are superb. They quickly put up a team, and they were incredibly patient and great at explaining things to us in a lighthearted way. They've performed admirably.

The product was implemented in multiple scenarios and launched on schedule. Capabilities were controlled and inquiries were answered promptly by zooz.lk.

We oversaw the entire process. For their developers to complete jobs, we had to provide precise instructions and requirements. Unfortunately, productivity suffered at the time since developers were replaced without our permission. Fortunately, this had no effect on the final outcome.

Among the primary deliverables were creating features like content scheduling, automated posting, improved analytics, and incorporating ChatGPT technology for natural language interactions.
The scope also includes the development of an easy-to-use user interface, thorough tutorials, and interactive simulations to ensure user acceptability and proficiency. The research also focused on enhancing ChatGPT's responses through an adaptive feedback loop to increase accuracy and relevancy.

What challenge were you trying to address with ZOOZ.LK (PVT) LTD?

We were trying to address SEO issues and rebrand our logo and company. We also wanted to work on the web design to present the information effectively.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZOOZK.LK provided SEO services and ensured we’d be the top site on the search results. They also did our logo and developed our website. They designed the individual pages and did some animation work. Aside from that, they helped us develop an inbox for client inquiries on the site.

What is the team composition?

We had two people. One of them was the main developer who handled the web design and actual work. The other one was the coordinator. She informed us about every step, took our questions back to the developer, and did a lot of outreach work. We were in direct contact with her.

A mutual friend recommended their services. Then, we requested to see a portfolio with their previous work, including sites and brands. Once we did our research, we spoke to them. They understood the contract, and their fees were within our range.

We wanted to develop a mobile app for one of our partners in the fitness industry. ZooZ.LK came into help us with the web app and mobile app development. They have been really helpful and advised us to create the app with efficient teamwork and without delays.

I met with Zooz online when I was searching for potential partners in the IT industry last year. Luckily I met with Dilshan and since then we have been working together on meny projects.

We started with weekly meetings and phone calls with the client to build up the wireframe based on the clients needs. It was a complicated web application with many features therefore we had to be vigilant with the planning. The mobile app is a cross platformed iOS and Android. Also recently we placed it on Huawei store too. The app was built in ReAct.

I was the project manager, I had 2 full stack person from Zooz, Dilshan as the manager who oversaw and coordinated the developers and one more website developer for the backend.

Our app was launched 4 months later and we had 300 downloads, thats roughly the amount of people that uses the gym. The scope of this project was to automize the service in the gym. Buy products and services via the app without using cash.

We worked in agile workflow, the client had a chance to meet with us constantly and oversee the development. It had made it easy for us too to change certain features before the implementation.

i think we need a CRM software to move away from asana and help us in the coordination.

Even though the project just ended, the engagement results have above our expectations, even though we do not yet have any actual statistics. We made recommendations to zooz.lk, and they were taken into consideration.

Anytime I wasn’t, they made whatever adjustments were needed and did it without any pushback. This company is 100% focused on putting out quality deliverables to the customer’s satisfaction and that’s all we could possibly ask for

the only delay in this project was completely our fault because we failed to be specific about a primary feature. The team at Zooz was so cool about having to go back several steps to fix/change it. They explained what now needed to be done… And did it. I could email my account manager (Dilshan) about something at 3am and I’d have an answer before I woke back up.
