We have daily sync-up calls, where the architect explains to me how they'll develop our products. Also, the project manager updates me on their progress at the end of the day, and they follow all agile and scrum management guidelines. In terms of communication, we use Hindi and English.

Their patience in learning our requirements and their humbleness in dealing with us are outstanding.

I don’t think there's anything their team can improve on; they’ve delivered what they promised, without any delays, and they've solved any bugs we came across.

Scoping: We followed an agile method and discovered the product together. We earlier followed the SDLC method but found it stifling hence we went for agile. The key deliverables were the website and integration with another mobile app. Tech: wooCommerce, WorPress, customization, plugins and APIs for the app to integrate with.

We could launch the product as collectively envisaged. In our first version, we went with a fixed cost project, however we found that unsuitable for an early stage startup like ours. However that engagement gave us the confidence on the developer and his competency. Next time around, we wanted the same developer to work with us and went for a time and material basis, we could co-create. In the agile method, we could discover the product over a period.

The technical depth of the developer and his understanding of the framework is very good. Raghav, the MD is also very supportive and friendly. I liked their hardworking nature. They have been very hardworking, and their in-depth technical knowledge throughout the workflow has been impressive.

The developer should improve their communication skills and also think of being like a team with the client.

Basically scope of work is to come up with a complete solution for maintaining inventory and transportation work and make it easy in term of operational. They have taken a good step by giving project understand document followed by user flow, SRS and project document along with source code. About the technologies they are always open for any specific technologies, in my case they used PHP, Codeignitor and Laravel.

In General, overall I am very impressed with their overall outcome and final deliverable was perfect, as per out need.

They have provided dedicated project manager for me who was always available as per my time zone to walk me though the current progress and answer my query. We use Trello and Jira as project management tools and Skype as our communication tools.

Two developers from Zonvoir Technologies have joined our team: a frontend developer and a backend developer. These developers work with us on our ERP software. For example, the frontend developer is remodeling the whole frontend side of our software. Additionally, the backend developer has worked with our head of software development and other members of our team on developing custom features. As for the technology stack, we use TypeScript and Littlement for the frontend development.

The Perfex module develop was a work of art! They created a canvas and listened to what I needed. Even now, we are still hiring Zonvoir to keep adding based on our needs and the fun part is that the Perfex Module is turning into a piccaso.
