Contact forms were added (which were not asked for) but highly appreciated

They kept us in the loop at every stage of the project. They added us to an online project board and we could see in real time what they were busy with. They assisted us to set up our own project board at no additional cost

Yes always. We could make suggestions in real time and shortly after the suggestions would be implemented although we did not interfere much...

Zippi provided a clear timeline for the project right from the start and we were updated on a regular basis about the progress. They invited us to an Asana project board and we could see in real time what progress was being made by following the notes on the project. We could also make notes and suggestions which we found was great. They actually assisted us without cost to set up our Asana system to track our own client projects
