I’m the president of TogoTiki. We provide digital marketing services, including website and application development, multimedia content creation, advertising, SEO, and support for brochures and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

We worked together for 14 years on numerous enterprise software development and maintenance projects.

We worked on over half a dozen multi-year projects. In some cases, Zerone Consulting worked from the initial development concept through multiple upgrades over the years. In other cases, they supported our team when we took over existing projects from other groups. They aided in technical architecture, development, budgeting, sprint planning, and support.

For example, Zerone Consulting worked with us to develop a tax reporting tool from scratch to meet new employee reporting requirements in the US. In another project, we developed an online interactive video streaming platform.

What is the team composition?

We usually work with 2–5 teammates from Zerone Consulting on a project. We typically have one or two senior staff members across all projects.

How did you come to work with Zerone Consulting?

We found them through an online search. They had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and they had the technical skills we needed. We actually hired multiple firms at the same time and did a set of small projects to find the best resource.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February 2010–January 2017. We have worked on over half dozen projects since 2009. Some of the projects are still active and new ones have been added.

We got a new software system and related upgrades. It gave our client a more robust and efficient reporting system.
