I work as the head of marketing at the Tamakkon Autism Center. The Center is first of its kind with a unique respite treatment program for individuals age 6 and above with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis.

Working in tandem with academic staff and goals, our programs fosters improvement in life skills, social skills and overall communication. Enhancing outcomes in these areas leads to reuniting with families, stepping down to a less-restrictive setting and living a more independent young adult life.

We wanted to develop a website with a clinic management system and a Doctor's booking mobile application. The end goal is to give our customer ease of use and the doctors to receive notifications when they have a new booking.

We required a clinic management system so our paperwork becomes digitally transformed for which we required a few OCR applications and digital forms. As for our patients we required a mobile application so the services to offer can be booked easily and the notification should be sent to the Doctor's app. We were open to technology, so the team suggested what would be best in terms of the technology.

Our timeline was quite strict so we requested a team dedicated to us. It was quite advantageous to have a Dubai based team as it was easier for us to contact them. The project manager was really flexible and helped us a lot.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Within a short time the delivered to us the system and the mobile applications. The clinic's overall efficiency has increased, the system is flexible with many options. Our clients are also very happy to choose and book a doctor's appointment from the app.

The team and Zen Solutions was exceptional. The whole process was very organized. They informed us of each steps ahead of time and helped us in preparing the required details. A project management tool, Slack was being used to communicate with the team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were pretty amazed with the quick turnaround on the design of the application. We absolutely liked the landing pages, and the app designs. What impressed us the most was the prompt responses to any inquiries we had during the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe working with them was an absolute privilege. Their approach has been right and very strategically correct but I think they should have more Arabic speakers in their team.

We had a series of meetings to understand the entire process. The whole objective was to make the app as easy as possible for the user. The team produced the designs exactly as how I wanted. The ranking system and algorithm is quite complex but the team has pulled it very nicely. The apps are built on native technologies.

A project manager was assigned to the project from the beginning and was very easy to talk to. The team provided us timelines. The company owner took a keen interest in the project as well which was quite helpful.

The app was launched ahead of time and we have received great feedback from the users. We are in the process of soft launching the app soon.

Perhaps a little more explanation can be sent to the clients as they are not technical always.

We wanted to mobile application for our clients who mainly shop on our social media. We intend to increase customer loyalty and give them a wide range of categories of clothing and accessories.

We searched online on google to look for app developers. The team was very thorough in their documentation and proposed some additional features which we felt are quite interesting and should increase our customer engagement and conversions.

We wanted a native app and a website which will link with our facebook and insta shops with deep linking features. In addition to this we wanted our shipping vendor and warehouse management system both linked with the app and the website.

A project manager was assigned to us from day one who was our point of contact. In addition to this the company CEO also used to be in the meetings and gave out a lot of ideas to improve the app's user journey.

The app was launched in the due time. We are extremely happy with the output. The app is fast, how we wanted it and has over 500K SKUs. Moreover, the deep-linking feature works extremely well and helps our customers to check-out on the app / web.

The Team at Zen Solutions was very process oriented. Each update was shared with us on-time and we used to have a face to face demo which helped a lot. The development company used a project management tool on which their entire team was connected. It was really easy to communicate and share ideas with them.

We met a lot of companies in Dubai but we found the team at Zen Solutions very professional, courteous and in-general good people to work with. When we met in them in-person we could immediately feel they have a lot of expertise and the real deal. They showed us a lot of their previous apps which gave us a lot of confidence in working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Although we are pretty satisfied with the results but I think they should improve upon some tools they use for sending information to less technical people.
