We need a website with a booking system, that would allow users to book and pay for the services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have worked together for other things previously, so I knew the outcome would be great.

We had a meeting and explained what was required. But I already was aware Zenibyte can do the work that I needed. I requested some explanations and she showed me some samples of what we could do.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Just the two people one was the developer and other was the project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Users love the design, as it's informative, user-friendly, and has minimized so much of the admin time from our side. I am really happy with the website and the solutions provided by Zenibyte. I will be using them again and again!

No problem in communication. Zenibyte was always responsive no matter when I messaged them. Updated me in good time, I did not need to chase at all, which was a big plus for me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave me a solution better than I had hoped for. Plus walked my assistant through the whole backend, so she would be able to update things as and when needed. Zenibyte created very useful videos to assist my PA in the future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all!
