We hired ZemenayTech Outsourcing to work on our custom AI system since hiring in-house AI developers was too costly in the EU.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ZemenayTech Outsourcing has provided end-to-end software development for our web projects. The team has planned and developed responsive websites, built custom features and integrations, implemented AI-powered functionality where appropriate, and ensured the applications were optimized for performance and usability.

The main deliverables have included the website UI and frontend development, backend/API development, database integration, third-party integrations, AI features, responsive mobile-friendly layouts, testing, bug fixes, and deployment support. ZemenayTech Outsourcing has also provided ongoing technical support and improvements as the projects have evolved.

Specifically, ZemenayTech Outsourcing has implemented several AI-powered features, including AI chat assistants, automated content generation, document and text processing, and intelligent search and recommendation functionality. We’ve seen a more efficient and scalable web platform, with improved website performance, a smoother user experience, and successful integration of the required AI and third-party services. We’ve also reduced manual work by automating several processes and have been able to launch the new functionality within the planned project timeline.

Specifically, we’ve seen faster page load times, increased automation of repetitive tasks, and improved user engagement after launch.

ZemenayTech Outsourcing’s project management has been organized and responsive. The team has maintained clear communication throughout the project, provided regular progress updates, and been receptive to feedback and changes.
