Scope: The primary goal is to create a comprehensive system that can automatically process clothing images, accurately identify their type and style, and subsequently convert them into detailed 3D models. This system is designed to be accessible across both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a broad user reach. Key Deliverables: 

1. A state-of-the-art AI model and API service for converting 2D clothing images into 3D models. 
2. Interactive web and mobile platforms that allow users to upload, view, and interact with the 3D clothing models.

1. Project management was done incredibly well by Mr Anh. He ensured that the product fit the necessary requirements. Provided an accurate timeline and a very comprehensive proposal. 
2. The product was delivered as promised within 4 weeks. There were no delays or hiccups along the way. 
3. The team at YITEC were able to answer all doubts and provide solutions for existing problems. Ensured that there was constant communication and updated the progress weekly with comprehensive reports.

I'm a manager of a hotel chain in Vietnam.

What challenge were you trying to address with YITEC Research And Technology Development Co.LTD?

We hired YITEC to help us with designing and developing a website that would allow our customers to book rooms in our hotels. One of my main requirements for the site is that it should be user-friendly because most of our customers are not familiar with booking platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

YITEC Research And Technology Development Co.LTD helped us develop and design our booking website, as well as a landing page. After that, their team helped us with some basic marketing campaigns for about six months, which involved SEO and Google Ads. For the SEO portion, we came up with the keywords because we know more about the hospitality industry.

Their team already completed the site in September 2020, and they continue to help us with our marketing efforts.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching the website, we’ve noticed that there are more customers booking directly from it, which means that it's working as it should. Additionally, whenever we need to post an ad on Google or add some keywords to the site, we reach out to their team, and they do it right away.  Overall, our engagement has been successful.

How did YITEC Research And Technology Development Co.LTD perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve experienced no delays, and they continue to stick to our budget. Moreover, we meet twice every week, on Mondays and Fridays, to discuss progress and create new tasks. Our meetings are held virtually through Skype and  Google Meet. We have in-person meetings at times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their flexibility. We have certain specifications for each requirement, and they’ve managed to deliver them while coming up with different suggestions along the way.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should stick around for about three or four months after the website is finished just to fix any unexpected problems. They should also help our hotel staff familiarize themselves with the website.

Any advice for potential customers?

Don’t hesitate to tell them everything that you need; they’re very accommodating.

We wanted to develop an AI algorithm which can both determine if an email address is legit as well as the content of the email.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to them by a well known person in the Cybersecurity industry.

The key milestones were developing an algorithm which rates the reliability of email addresses using open source and private source data as well as an algorithm to analyze the content of the email using an AI algorithm.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There we two people in the core project. A project manager and a developer. In addition experts were added where special knowledge was required.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

No the results are confidential.

The process and quality of the work increased significantly over the project duration. In the beginning, we had some language issues. These were resolved by adding a project leader which could help if we had some communication issues.

They have excellent knowledge around AI.

No, happy as is.
