We provided a design in Figma that needed converting to WordPress. This started with an existing site which is being upgraded. We provided guidance for the front end development framework that we required. The new theme needed to be modernised to the current standards. 

The design needed to be followed carefully and any break points not in the design needed to be thoughtfully considered by the developer. The animation element was to take our storyboard, voice recording, and music, and create a high quality animation that flowed well and told the story of the client's services in a way that will keep a viewer engaged from start to finish.

The web part of the project was delivered on time and deployed directly to the staging server as requested. Any issues were dealt with swiftly and professionally.

The animation was delivered on time and required two stages of revision before we and our client were delighted with the final result.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best quality that The Yellow Frame has is that you can rely on them 100%. We have previously worked with other agencies and have not known if we were in safe hands - you are in safe hands with them. Any issues are dealt with swiftly there is no doubt that the project will get delivered exactly as we are hoping. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Yellow Frame could have done differently?

We understand that developers and animators can change, so keep working on getting us the consistency we need and we will be happy.

The Yellow Frame helped us find the right developers. They managed the project and took full responsibility in communcation and execution. Which they did on time and refelected a good time of delivery. Transparent and weren't afraid to say no to certain situations.

Sprints where most functionalities were delivered. Weekly calls and communication about the goals we set. There was almost no delay. So each sprint ticked a checkbox to our go-live moment.

All on time, direct line with developers and PM using Asana. Responses where outgoing and with good initiatives and advice.

They did the job. We are not aware on how they solved issues internally. Our goal was set, and The Yellow Frame supported us in reaching that goal. Not all people are as communicative as we would like them to be. But the people we worked with were doing their work and using their skills to finish the job.
