A wide variety of tasks surrounding the development, maintenance, and further improvement of key functionalitites for our e-commerce site, mainly focussed on:

• Order fulfillment processes
• Advaced custom invoicing tools
• Advanced custom shipping tools
• Order progress tracking pages
• Cart and checkout improvement
• Custom shop page functionalities
• 'Wholesale only' functionalitites
• Reporting functionalitites

Basically the work was to enable us to adapt Wordpress and Woocommerce to meet our specific wholesale needs. 

Furthermore, work was done to allow us to scale our business with 100k SKU and dozens of large wholesale orders daily, as well as regular maintenance, preformance optimization, and support with issue resolution.

The measurable outcome was that our site was able to continue to scale and serve wholesale customers to our needs for many years.

We are in contact serveral times per week. Requirements are quickly understood and met. We have been very comfortable relying on their knowledge and expertise. And we always welcome their proposals for the best approach to tasks and problems. They worked well according to our priorities and quickly adjusted when those priorities changed.
