What was the scope of their involvement?

Xmethod developed a website on the Webflow platform that had many animations. The site was also integrated with a Shopify buy button and a huge CMS so that the content could be changed every day.

Australian online store selling art created with AI. The design is made on Webflow and integrated with the Shopify e-commerce platform.
The objective was clear:
To create a visual "wow" that would not only showcase art but immerse visitors in its atmosphere.
We chose the best tools for this challenge:
Webflow — for flexibility and stunning design
Shopify — as a robust and reliable e-commerce platform
What we achieved:
We undertook a complete redesign, maintaining the essence of the project while reimagining its form. The new website became dynamic, engaging, and unforgettable.

How did you come to work with Xmethod?

We found Xmethod and did a small project together. We came back for more projects several times because we really liked them on a personal level.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together in the first half of 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s too early to measure the outcomes, but we plan to use the usual metrics for an online shop, such as the conversion rate. The feedback we’ve received from users is that the ‘wow’ effect has been achieved. The website has an interesting but functional design.

How did Xmethod perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was perfect. Communication was smooth, and we used Telegram. 
We encountered challenges, such as developing the first parts of the project, and it became clear that we needed to adapt it, and they helped us without blowing up the budget.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The price-to-quality ratio was impressive.

No, there’s nothing I can come up with.

he task was to develop a Webflow-based website that would function as a report generator, allowing clients to receive their personalized Webflow site based on a quiz they completed beforehand. It was crucial for these sites to be rebuilt via unique links for each individual client. To achieve this, we needed an impressive design that would engage clients in interacting with the site.

Additionally, the site needed to have fields that automatically adjusted based on incoming data. Overcoming the limitations of Webflow was another essential aspect of the project. The guys from Xmethod expertly suggested how we could structure the data output to stay within Webflow’s limitations while customizing the report site for each client.

• The product was released on time, demonstrating efficient project management and execution.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The Xmethod team developed a full-featured MVP (online therapy platform) from scratch. I needed to create the app quickly to test demand, collect initial feedback from users, and fundraise for further scaling. 

We began our work by designing a logo. In collaboration with a designer, we selected several suitable references and created a mood board. Based on this, we determined the main color scheme and palette for the future application. I was presented with three versions of the logo, from which I chose one. 

After making a few adjustments, we proceeded directly to drafting the technical requirements for the whole app. At this stage, a product manager and a business analyst became involved, assisting me in uncovering the functionality of my future app. We described the business processes, basic structure, architecture, and logic. After that, I received clear and detailed technical specifications, which I approved. It was necessary to develop such key features:

• authentication
• user profile for a therapist
• user profile for the patient
• admin panel
• booking system
• user profile moderation
• smart search with filters
• questionnaire
• volunteer’s form

We have chosen Bubble.io for the implementation of these features in Web App. Once we determined the exact scope of work and features, we started developing an interactive prototype in Figma. The designer created it in about a week and a half, and I was able to see my future app. While the prototype was being worked on, I prepared content (texts) for the app pages. 

I gave my feedback and the designer made the necessary adjustments to the prototype. Then he proceeded to develop the design based on the prototype and the chosen color scheme. I really liked the simple, user-friendly style that was done. When the design team finished their sprint, the development team began to implement the app pages and features. 

At the end of each sprint, the team showed me what had been done and we discussed the results together. In this way, the guys finished the app according to my wishes and finally got their MVP so fast. Summary of key deliverables:

Developed a full-fledged MVP in two months

The Xmethod team works on Agile methodology in 2-week sprints. At the end of each sprint, I was shown the results and we discussed what had been done and made adjustments if needed. I wanted to note that the project management was top-notch, and all tasks were completed within the acceptable timeline.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Speed! I appreciated the high speed of the Xmethod team. I didn't want to wait 5-6 months (or more) to have an MVP developed, so I opted for Low-code solutions and the Xmethod team. I also liked the polite and timely communication from the project manager and other team members with whom I communicated during the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Xmethod could have done differently?

I'm not sure there were any major problems with this project on the part of the team. I liked the process and the result of the work.
