We had the initial requirement brief at my office, then online presentation to do an initial demo to show the look and feel of the website. Then Xiteb gave multiple options of designs for us to select. Once we finalize the design framework they gave the image, video & text content guide for us to develop. Once we deliver the contents, the Xiteb development team started the backend and the front developments. 

One thing I admire about them is the QA process where they have an internal team to do the QA for more than 5 teams throughout the process. I also got their eCommerce platform and accounting software.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Thanks to Xiteb team our website is developed as per my requirement and also the accounting software solutions is so customised for my needs. The visibility was high. They managed to finish on the agreed date for us to launch the website and delivered the eCom platform on time.

They provided project milestones and updated the project status at each milestones. Xiteb project follow up is so amazing. they use all recommended project management tools such as JIRA, GitHub along with their internally developed PM tool.

Our website was outdated for so many years and it was not responsive. Further, when we searched our company page in Google it was not appearing even within the first 10 pages. The main objective was to showcase our product portfolio along with the process according to global standards.

We searched on google as “the best web design companies in Sri Lanka” and Xiteb came first. I believe if the website of the web development company itself is not optimized, how can they develop a website for a client which will be recognized on Google. Further, they understood what exactly we wanted and gave a comprehensive solution that matched our expectations.

We had a dedicated project manager for our project along with two UI designers, 4 to 5 software engineers, and two QA engineers.

Thanks to Xiteb team our website appears on the 1st page under the google search results. The visibility was high. They managed to finish on the agreed date for us to launch the site.

To develop an eCommerce website for our new Singer operations in Maldives. We needed to display our products with a trendy looking eCommerce platform which helps our customers to get the product details & make purchases.

With the successful completion of the solution we have started getting a good amount of revenue through the platform & we use the site to share with our customers which is also working as a Catalogue.

At the beginning of the project they share us a milestone indicating which what will be done from their end & what needs to be done from our end which was very convenient for both the parties. We used emails & WhatsApp for all coordinations between the 2 parties. All the trainings/ demonstration have been done via Zoom. Ulatimate  product  delivered on timeliy  manner.

This is a PHP based website with a unique design for our own department. Initially they had a discussion about the scope of the work & our preferences when it comes to designing. They with our approvals they preceded ahead with the developments. Once all contents were updated they did few QA rounds to assure the quality of the solution. Finally we went ahead with the launch.
