EV industry was nascent, there was a need to create awareness for one of our supplier-partner's solution in the Indian EV market. We hired Xenia to create a digital marketing campaign to run for a few months. The goal was to create awareness and increase our network.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had worked earlier with Atul of Xenia, though in relation to an exhibition. Atul and Sachet presented their ideas about the campaign and how they will go about for achieving the goals. Their charges quoted were also reasonable.

Xenia's scope included preparing content for one blog and 3 posts every month, using LinkedIn to connect with 100 relevant contacts in the industry and taking the conversation forward with 25 apart from promoting bogs and posts on various LN groups, repurposing blogs into news letters and run email campaign using MailChimp

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The campaign was highly successful, in 4 months we were able to reach important companies and contacts, create awareness as well as build our network

We had regular communication between our teams. Xenia used to share content to be released well in advance, so that we could take our time in getting it approved from our supplier-partner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Xenia team is able to grasp the subject quickly and come up with content ideas, though the subject is technical

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am not sure whether anything else could have been done at that point of time.

I am the Indian business unit director for an outsourcing services provider, and I’ve been working with the company for about 18 years now.

What challenge were you trying to address with Xenia Consulting?

We hired them to manage our digital marketing efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Xenia Consulting provides us with a range of digital marketing services. They are currently managing our website, creating content for it, and managing the SEO, specifically targeting India. For the SEO portion, we work together on finding certain keywords and discuss them with our sales team. Our sales team gives their own inputs as well.

Additionally, they’ve been running our Google Ads, managing our social media campaigns across LinkedIn and Facebook, and handling our email campaigns. During this process, we agree on the themes of our campaigns, then they come up with topics based on each theme.

They’ve also helped us in creating content for India-focused pages, including FAQs to answer general queries. They do the regular posting of blogs on the websites and other third-party sites.

What is the team composition?

We work very closely with the founder and project manager. Both of them have been very involved in all of the discussions and are also supported by teams that work on specific projects.

How did you come to work with Xenia Consulting?

We decided to go with them because they have relevant experience in our field of business. When we spoke to them, they had very credible ideas, and it was nice to see that they understood the space that we are in. We also liked their approach.

How much have you invested in them?

We are spending roughly £3,000 GBP per month (approximately $4,000 USD) on their consulting fees. We also have a marketing budget of £2,000–£3,000 GBP (approximately $2,500–$4,000 USD) per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We shortlisted them in 2020 and started working with them in September 2021. Our collaboration is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All of our campaigns have been very successful in creating brand awareness. As a result, we have seen a significant increase in the content and traffic on our website in the last 3–4 months. I don’t have the exact numbers, but our Google page ranking has improved as well.

How did Xenia Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management style is good. They have been able to work within the budget and timelines we’ve agreed on. We typically communicate through email and hold calls twice a week with them, including weekly calls with the CMO. These calls help us keep track of the activities we are doing with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What sets them apart from other providers is their willingness to listen to their customers and the flexibility that they show in creating solutions that meet the customer's requirements.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there is nothing specific that I would want them to do differently.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They know their role, so it is important for any company that wants to deal with them to have a very clear understanding of their end goals. Once you do, their team will really go out of their way to meet your requirements.

Xenia came up with a plan to improve our on-line presence, build a strategy for outbound marketing channels and improve SEO and inbound channels

Since the scope of the activities is quite broad, it was split into several subprojects, prioritized and then executed. Many of the activities are on-going, like:

• SEO
• content creation
• email
• LinkedIn campaigns

Those are being constantly tuned, based on the changing business and political climate.

They have several people to team that includes:

I like that the owner of the company is also personally involved in the project

We are seeing website traffic increasing several fold. Number of unique sessions and time visitors spend on the page is is also increasing. We see that we are ranking very well in many searches, especially local ones - state of Texas

We have a regular channel of communications and very clear and transparent reporting. Additionally, many other channels are being sed for on-going communications

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are less focused on applying their playbook to every single client to optimize internal processes and costs. From my experience working with other agencies, Xenia Consulting is more focused on outcome; willing to listed to the client and work together on every project.

I will be ready to comment on this maybe in 6-12 month from now

Our website traffic has more than doubled across geographies and SEO work done was very effective that we rank on the first page of google for more than 1000 keywords.

We have a formal fortnightly meeting with the CEO. Apart from that Xenia's team is ever available for any discussion on very short notice.

They are always prompt on deliverables, there has never been an occasion I needed to send them reminders.
