Once we selected this vendor, we had a series of discovery calls to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first two days, we received mockups and 3 initial designs for the iOS and Android apps. After a few iterations and discussions with our marketing team, we finalized the design and provided feedback. The vendor came back to us with wireframes and concepts for our other sections in the app in less than 1 week. After our approval we waited about 1 month for both apps to be ready and get finished with the QA process.

Initially, we were assigned the best project manager to support us and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project. His name is Deval and he has met all our needs and above them. I was made aware that there were 3 frontend and 2 backend developers, as well as a QA resource and some designers working behind the scenes.

Our main issue was the languge diffrence, its RTL and also hard to see things when its Hebrew. It was exhasting little bit to maintain this gap of understanding small issues (for us). After having a talk with Deval about it, we came up with a solution about a translator and everything went back to high-speed progress like we wanted.

The project manager that we were assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We connected over the phone at least once a day and used Asana and Hubstaff for all other communication. Overall, I was impressed by the timeliness of the team.

They were very patient and thoughtful throughout this whole process. I was blown away by the knowledge that this vendor had about mobile app development, user experience, and optimization. We have worked with other agencies for different areas of the company, but this was a particularly collaborative and positive experience.
