For what projects/services did your company hire Xcentric Services, and what were your goals?

I tried to build the website myself first , but realized I didn’t have the technical know-how. I approached Xcentric services to help me build the platform. they helped me with website design , website devlopment then with seo and socail media marleting too for my business in getting donor leads for my fund raisers.

How did you select Xcentric Services and what were the deciding factors?

I outlined the requirements and user stories, and they built the rest of the website platform on the framework that I gave them. They used WordPress and a variety of plugins. The platform needed to be able to showcase my upcoming and past events and i wanted my website to be be very mobile-friendly and easy to use.

We worked with Xcentric services on a number of occasions. When I first started in my role in my new firm, they produced several marketing plans for us. The website and marketing plan is a key stakeholder document, which is our one connection, on an annual basis, to all of our supporters and donors. The report provides an update on how we are delivering on our mission. We progressed the partnership to them developing our website. We had a previous custom made PHP website, but they developed a bespoke website from scratch. We moved toward working with them on a digital scale.Xcentric services provided social media management for us.

They also helped me in my role to communicate effectively and engage our broad range of stakeholders, which included donors, fundraisers, volunteers, supporters, and partners, all of whom we work with to gain funding and to provide services. Xcentric services helped us in various ways to do all of those things.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with about five people. I was mainly in contact with Rubab their (CEO) if we needed anything.I worked with their social lead, the account manager who worked on the project management side, and , their developer who did all of the technical development.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The main activity of our organization is providing homes, clean water and sanitation services and it’s really important to us that we collaborate with donors and get their input. I don’t have statistics on hand, but we would have done a satisfaction survey with our residents to get their opinions on the finished website.

The site was a significant improvement from where we were before, and people found it incredibly easy to use. The user journey was significantly shortened due to some of the basic functions they implemented. It was highly optimized. They took a completely fresh approach to the website. Xcentric services were really good at understanding our priorities and helping us to see what was possible; they aligned those so that we could make sure we weren’t just doing everything we liked, but what was really fitted to us and our business. They were very efficient, effective in that way. It was our first really functional website and finest; prior to that, we had more of a brochure site. We found Xcentric services' expertise in website development services to be very helpful.

They worked with our internal IT team and marketing team to make sure that our site was self-serving, which was a really big move forward for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call if we ever need something that I think they could help us with.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Project management was excellent; I haven’t found any website agency better on that front. xcentric were very good at keeping deadlines. They work in an agile way, and i liked how they drove the website project and made sure that we kept to the time frame. If we didn’t, it was usually because of our own internal processes or master data. xcentric team especially the coordinator was really good at coordinating with the different stakeholders that were involved.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

xcentric's approach is very professional. they are marketing experts in pakistan. Everything seemed slick and nothing seemed to phase them. They had an answer to every question I had asked them fromw erbsite or digital marketing. Some of the other Shopify developers or magento developers I spoke to seemed daunted by this project, but for xcentric services, it seemed like a walk in the park.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They’re quite economical in their rates. Their pricing could be a little more when compared in UK market

As my brand is all digital. so, i needed a team who can handle my social media from designing posts to posting them on time as well as Seo expert who can help my brand rank well on google or bing

I wanted to make impact on target audience and to increase sales also wanted help to make a good brand image.

I was really impressed by some of the company’s marketing strategies eg Metro and Vitamin company etc so i searched their agency which is Xcentric services. That’s how i approached Xcentric services.

We had a lot of meetings with their Team members. They are highly professional and willing to take all the responsibility. They gave us the result. If one post was required, they did all the task from designing to captions to posting it and then promoting it on several platforms

What was the team composition?

Their every member is a multi tasker. They help each other with their ideas etc and give a positive feedback

Social media of my brand was handled pretty well and They also helped my brand rank well in different keywords

I don’t have a team. Xcentric studio was in contact with me and they were managing my brand.

Their coordination of the team Honestly with work Their ideas Willingness to work more and to improve and improve.

They give their best. Actually, they give more than the best they could do! They should give a rest to themselves too.
