Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a senior project engineer at a building design firm. 

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with X2hundred?

We brought them on to create our website and launch our marketing campaigns. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

At the start of the project, we provided X2hundred details on what we wanted the website to look like. I wanted the first page to have a short video that highlighted our design process; after that, a short message was to pop up. They provided us with a design and then ran it by us for approval. 

Although the website is done, I now coordinate with X2hundred’s team to update the site. In addition to making updates, X2hundred provides us with social media marketing services on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. They’ve designed a logo to use in the posts and explained the entire SMM process to me, showing me how to run it myself. 

What is the team composition?

I’m unsure how many teammates work on this project, but I coordinate directly with Arslan (Founder).

How did you come to work with X2hundred?

Arslan and I had a mutual friend; that’s how we first connected. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $800. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership began in March 2022. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m satisfied with the work X2hundred has executed for me. They do a great job accommodating our changes when we need new pages and content. 

How did X2hundred perform from a project management standpoint?

They manage the project well — they coordinate well with us to execute within our timelines. Our communication with X2hundred is very good. We use Zoom to communicate; Arslan shares his screen so we can see his progress. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

X2hundred is doing a very good job — they do whatever we ask of them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything for them to improve.
