I asked WPDEV to create for me a personalized api endpoint and custom addon for their plugin Woocommerce Pdf Vouchers. I sent them a big e-mail with the description. The same day we arranged a call with the developers and they spent a lot time for hearing my needs. I wanted to activate the vouchers based on the first scan. They created a separate addon just for me and they also sent it to me, they installed it on my site and tested it, sent it via mail and they provided clear directions. They also created a separate endpoint to check the validity of the voucher. I also asked them if they can modify the expiration date of the vouchers to expire 10 minutes after and also count a full day not the end of the day but by the time of the purchase. This was not included in my requirements in the call we made but i came after this with that issue and they fixed it at NO COST the SAME DAY. They made a lot of tests to be sure it works as expected.
WPDEV has developers that are expert to what they do, they provide clear directions and they will listen to your needs till we both understand the end result. The manager is also a cool guy with tech knowledge and he doesnt bother about the length of the calls and answering my long emails. I hightly recommend this company for any kind of work!!

WPWeb Infotech has delivered most of the work on time, but during the project's third milestone, I asked for additional requirements. The team has taken extra time to work on this extra requirement, which I understand, and in the end, I also requested the documentation project. WPWeb Infotech sets the timelines and is on par with them. The team works following Agile and water fall methodologies and is precise. We have several calls to share feedback.

They deliver define milestones to our expectations and take effort to ensure that all of our concerns and feature requests are addressed in a timely manner.

For the most part, their estimation process is accurate and within our budget. Having a full-service Wordpress Development Team helps us by minimizing our project management requriements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WPWeb Infotech could have done differently?

Provide a support plan for ongoing maintenance of projects and plugins completed that can take less than 40 hours a month. It would be good for them to branch out into website maintenance to complement their custom development efforts. If you have a minimum of 40 hours worth of work to be completed in a month, their service is exceptional.
