As a result, their team developed a feature that would output product details onto the PDF voucher when someone placed an order. Simply put, they helped us set up a confusing plug-in. 

At present, we’re still working with them on the plug-in. This project is for a third-party customer.

The engagement has gone well, and the code works. We’ve come to WPWeb Infotech with what we need, and they’ve sorted it out for us. After a brief discussion of costs, they’ve gone ahead and delivered. We’ve had no problems at all.

The autoscaling server solution has been the most important part of this project for me. Before WPWeb Infotech implemented this solution, visitors to our website were experiencing really long load times. The server solution has been very helpful in fixing that issue. The team’s project management is very good. We don’t follow any project management tools. Instead, we use Skype to communicate and assign tasks. I mainly interface with the project manager when we have server issues, and they ensure tasks get completed.

WPWeb Infotech has delivered most of the work on time, but during the project's third milestone, I asked for additional requirements. The team has taken extra time to work on this extra requirement, which I understand, and in the end, I also requested the documentation project. WPWeb Infotech sets the timelines and is on par with them. The team works following Agile and water fall methodologies and is precise. We have several calls to share feedback.

WPWebInfoTech has a single business and technical point of contact. All members of their business are true professionals and maintain good coordination and alignment with one another. The technical lead does a great job in spending time to understand our requirements and translate them into achievable specifications. They deliver define milestones to our expectations and take effort to ensure that all of our concerns and feature requests are addressed in a timely manner.

For the most part, their estimation process is accurate and within our budget. Having a full-service Wordpress Development Team helps us by minimizing our project management requriements.

Their engineers are very talented. Their ability to understand complex business requirements is exceptional. They are very skilled in website development, and maintain an effective team for long-term projects. They put effort into ensuring customer satisfaction and are customer-centric.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WPWeb Infotech could have done differently?

Provide a support plan for ongoing maintenance of projects and plugins completed that can take less than 40 hours a month. It would be good for them to branch out into website maintenance to complement their custom development efforts. If you have a minimum of 40 hours worth of work to be completed in a month, their service is exceptional.

What challenge were you trying to address with WPWeb Infotech?

We hired WPWeb Infotech for website development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a layout and content, but that was all we gave WPWeb Infotech. The site was built with WordPress, and they provided customizations. We have completed the initial project, which was the website design and development, but we’re now working with WPWeb Infotech on other services like SEO.

We’ve worked with about 10 people. This has included a sales team, a project manager, and developers.

We started working together in December 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

We have been delighted with their work, and the website is beautiful. We’ve been so happy with their services that we’ve decided to continue working with them after our initial engagement ended.

Everything has been delivered earlier than the deadline; we’ve been able to launch sooner because of how quickly they work.
