Because of Corona, many of our customers are looking for a ticketing system that can be configured in many ways and customized to meet their needs. We chose WPweb because of their PDF Voucher solution, which provides interfaces to other Wordpress plugins in addition to its many features.

We chose WPweb because of the software solutions offered, which are also very well documented and easy to use.

We explained our requirements and exchanged specifications via email. The solution was then developed in a collaborative dialog. For our use case, an add-on was created for the existing plug-in, which is upgradeable and was provided quickly.

Since launching the new site, traffic has increased and time spent on editing the site for product and project changes has reduced.

Daily conversation when required, weekly project timeline and deliverables reviews and then at major milestones and thorough review of progress and any issues arising. Any information requested was provided in a timely manner and any problems were communicated and agreed for best type of resolution.

They were willing to be partners in the development phases, rather than just a supplier.

I would suggest more internal developer partner testing before pushing out to beta testing and cross-check customer requirements against, scope and deliverables.

6. Need to design and add content for German and English version

We'd been using EDD Front End Submissions plugin suite for our website but needed to expand the functionality to fit our specific business model. We needed a quick turn-around at an affordable price.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed the team to modify an existing set of plugins to include a functional job board and improved internal messaging capabilities. The project needed to include user-friendly functionality on the front end and proper data storage on both the front and back end of the site.

The team carefully listened to my requirements and engaged in many phone calls/emails for a clear understanding of the project. They added a job board to the EDD FES set of plugins and improved our internal messaging capabilities between vendors and customers. They also built methods through which to store job board data and made the appropriate data available to the right users.

This project has improved our functionality and usability ten-fold. These elements are vital to our website; we will continue to expand on them as the site grows

All details of this project were discussed using articulate emails and bullet points for easy navigation and reference. We also discussed project details via web conferencing when necessary. Despite the time change, the WPWeb team always found time to speak with me about the project. The WPWeb team was very professional and responsive. They completed the work quickly, accurately, and affordably.

Project was basically divided in 2 phase design and development. For design our goal was to have website very attractive and easy to navigate. WpWeb did outstanding job with that. They also build fully functional backend and integrated key features like, Music listing, advance search, Footer player, Artist area and profiles, customer portal, music player, Subscription management, etc.

From our side I was providing the requirements and feedback during development. I believe this project had total 5 resources including Developer, QA and Architect.

After launch we see very sharp increase in new customer base. We also see customer returning to our site and buying subscription.

There were common developer tools were used to track project scope, development and bugs. Tools we used was JIRA, Google handout, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.
