I’m the owner of Raj.co. I have three different companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with World Vision Softek?

I needed help with developing my websites and managing them. We had someone helping us before, but we felt they were too expensive.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

World Vision Softek created my three websites and now manages them. Whenever we want any updates from the websites, they’re always available. Because the restaurant menu keeps changing, we ask for those updates regularly. They’re now developing the online shopping cart for the website with the payment portal. Their team also handled the domain registration and the ongoing renewal.

World Vision Softek also oversees our profiles on Facebook, Google, and Instagram. We send them the pictures and updates from each of our locations, and they do it nicely. They use algorithms to penetrate into the market I want and do a good job with the coverage. They do our SEO as well.

What is the team composition?

My point of contact is Shreedhar (CEO). They dedicated one person to me in case Shreedhar is not available.

How did you come to work with World Vision Softek?

One of the managers in India recommended them.

How much have you invested with them?

We have a yearly contract for $250 per website where we can make as many site changes as we want at no extra charge. We’ve spent about $4,000 in total.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2015, and the work is ongoing.
