They sold us a timeline of having a branded website within 3 weeks, and Google Ads would start in weeks 3 or 4.
Deliverables were the brand, the website, a Google Maps business location, ongoing SEO, and Google ads management.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They were late for every deliverable and every timeline goal. This was supposed to be done in 4 weeks; it has been 6 months, and they dropped all contact after building the initial website, which took over 2 months instead of the 3 weeks they promised. Nothing about this project has been a success. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We signed with this company on November 11th 2024. They sold us a timeline of having a branded website within 3 weeks and Google Ads would then start at week 3 or 4. We did not receive word from them that the website was live and ready for review until January 30th. It is now nearing the end of March and we still have no Google Ads running. When you can actually get ahold of the owner he makes all kinds of promises but there is no follow through. Last I heard from him he said he would personally take care of my account and have it done by the end of that week. That was two weeks ago, and no one has even signed into my Google Ads account from his organization to get started on the campaigns. So two months for a website that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks and 4 months in and we have done nothing but waste time and money. They have not responded to me in over 2 weeks despite promising prompt responsiveness and availability. Also, I've been doing SEO for over 10 years and I can say there is zero optimization on the site they delivered. Not even a meta description! Do not give this company your money. Update: It has now been over 2 months with no response from anyone at the company regarding optimizing the website or running ads. All of which was part of the initial package they sold us.
