We came to Nick to act as our CMO.  Starting out from web design and basic marketing techniques and evolving to higher strategy marketing avenues.  We now have multiple google campaings, a highly used GBP, a great website and working on an entire overhaul, SM management, along with a whole host of other services handled by the company.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our lead generation is constantly moving upwards with tracking information verified every step of the way.  Nick works hard to make sure that he can show you not only how things are changing, but what is causing them to move in either direction.

Nick is amazing about communicating with our team about timelines and emergency issues.  He sets very clear expectations about what can be expected, and is flexible when our side ultimately drops the ball on providing him with needed information.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Nick has a very calming attitude and its clear from any discussions with him that his ultimate goal is to make sure that we are happy with the results that we are getting from him.  He has been quick to advise us when he thinks a service he has may not be the right option for what we are doing and has never steered us in the wrong direction. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something At Work could have done differently?

Everyone has room for improvement.  Nick knows that he's good at, and what he isnt.  And wont try and sell us on a service just because we request it if he thinks there may be a better option for us.
