WooNinjas helped improve our UX and member management process by creating custom sign up field and syncing them to database exports.

Decreased workload time by streamlining member management and communications. Also, improving member communications due to more accurate filtering.

WooNinjas did a great job at managing expectations and meeting deadlines. They were also very responsive and knowledgeable about the project... more than I was. They helped guide me in the most effective way to accomplish my goals.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're so easy to work with... sometimes you have to go through layers and layers of people to finally get a project started. We had a couple project scope calls and they were on their way.

Are there any areas for improvement or something WooNinjas could have done differently?

No... I was impressed with their level of understanding and work

I had a go live date that they were able to meet, complete with testing and QA. WooNinjas took all of my concerns and brought innovative solutions to the forefront. Not only were they friendly and a pleasure to work with, their expertise was unsurpassed. I give them my highest recommendation. They are fair and stand by their work!
