During our collaboration with Wonka Group, we witnessed several measurable outcomes that clearly demonstrated progress and success: 

• Branding & Launch : Our Brand Launched in with in Weeks of the Project commencement. From the beginning Team didn't waste one single day.Right from the launch we got into market and exposure to target audience is commendable. 
• MVP Phase 1: Teams at Wonka Group has strategic plan to cover up the market research and to understand the target users - they initially deployed an App that has set of questions and my target customers downloaded the app and started Answering the Questions. 
• MVP Phase 2: With all the User attention from Phase 1, Wonka Group took time and built the First version of our Idea from scratch and simultaniously with the audience inputs, features are built by curating the existing audience 
• Market Reach: With wide success with Phase 1 that lead us to enter into perfect traction of target market with 1500 Vendors for our app from Day 1. And that reduced our Marketing budget to 50% 
• Pitch Deck: With this base, We started approaching Investors, and We are about to close a Initial Funding with a VC Firm in Frankfurt.

While Wonka Group's performance has been impressive overall, there is an area for improvement that we identified during our collaboration. Specifically, we noticed that they could have offered more competitive pricing for their services though we paid as a Launch-1 Gift. As a software company with immense potential, Wonka Group has the capability to take on larger projects with substantial budgets. 

However, being relatively new to the market, they tend to quote less for their services, overdelivering on their commitments. While this may seem beneficial in the short term, it's essential for them to strike the right balance between pricing and service delivery. Understanding the value they provide and aligning it with their pricing is crucial to sustainably grow their business.

By setting more competitive pricing that reflects the high-quality solutions they offer, Wonka Group can position themselves for larger projects and establish themselves as a prominent player in the industry.
