They have started with a Strategic Scan to stay fully alligned with my goals when the Campaign was to begin; It gave me a much better understanding of what I am doing (unexpected bonus) We agreed on the KPIs to achieve and they held a weekly meeting to keep me updated; The Salesperson speaks 3 languages and it allowed me to get recognized in 4 countries simalteneously!
