I am working in administration department. We are dealing in various IT department like website development, mobile app development.

For what projects/services did your company hire WhiteLion InfoSystems Pvt Ltd?

Despite we have a dedicated software development team, we were looking for a reliable partner who can join our forces so that we can amplify the impact. That's when we hired Whitelion. We approached them to help us design and build new mobile apps.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal for project is to get help from whitelion to build a mobile app for Hyperlocal business to provide end-to end service to local vendors & service provider.

It's Hyperlocal Business app to allow a local vendors & service provider to have an opportunity to grow their business specially for essential items.

What was the team composition?

Firstly, we start with project manager to full-fill & understand our needs. After that we started have discussion with other team member to prepare a system architecture. It was very clear from beginning that they will add 2 frontend developers & 1 mobile app developer for hybrid platform, 1 Backend developer & QA

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 4 months of app development, we saw that their support is outstanding. Despite having some technical problem they were able to manage it quickly & deliver all sprint on time. Their ongoing support for pre & post development is similar. We continue to enjoy good working relationship with them.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project Manager that we were assigned was easy to reach & communicate. We always receive update regularly. we divided full project into sprints & set deliverables for each sprint. Although there were several technical problem they managed to discuss everything with us instead of postponing deadlines

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We learned considerably more than we suspected conceivable, and we valued that they were tolerant and insightful while we came up to speed. We're grateful to work with a team that has a versatile knowledge in application development.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I believe no one is perfect, There might be some missing points, however, we ignore that because the way they communicate & share problem was very insightful.
