The website was required by understanding the requirements of our business model which is on-site and off-site testing. It would also include a booking management system for dispatch and clinics across UK

We searched from our contacts a reliable web developer who can deliver the Quality of Work within the limited timeline. We have analyzed Westsols by their past works and the availability of resources they had access to.

We started meeting with their project manager to explain the goals and objectives, we also defined the scope of work. Their team built the mock-up and sent the designs for approval after few iterations. The booking management system took a while to create as the requirement was kept changing so they advised making the system dynamic so that we can create change, enable or disable selective products. which turn out to be very effective for our business model.

A project manager was our point of contact with us, there were at least 4 developers and a designer working behind the scene and we updating us daily [rogress through slack.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Th Website was delivered within the toime frame and we have done more than £500K buisness in last month through the website.

We had daily communication with the project manager and rest of the team through Slack. They would give us head-up if expecting any delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team coordination and resource that they have access to is the most effective thing about this company. When we had explained the requirements, they would come up with a brilliant plan of execution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were some bugs and issues at the launch of the website but they were quick to resolve them.

We needed a custom app to track GPS positions. Our project was massive and complex, so we hired Westsols to support our efforts.

Our primary objective for this engagement was to launch the app to Google Play and the App Store.

Westsols is a very professional company that follows agile practices. This is the reason why we completed the project on time.
